Furthermore, the EW-DP is the first portable wireless system that has magnetically stackable receivers with a front-facing OLED display. A variety of powering options include lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs and direct power through USB-C, ensuring peace of mind during long hours on set.

Intelligent Guidance

The EW-DP’s Smart Notifications provide guidance and troubleshooting when you need it. This feature provides solutions to errors that may occur when setting up or operating the wireless system. If the audio peaks, it will suggest you lower the grain. When the battery is low, it will notify you. If the subject speaking accidentally mutes themselves, you’ll not only be notified but you’ll also have the option to remotely disable the mute. There are other system alerts and suggestions to help keep productions running smoothly.

Customisable Control

With Bluetooth integrated with the EW-DP, it’s easier than ever to set up and operate the entire wireless set. Using the Smart Assist app on your iOS or Android device allows you to control settings, operate the system and monitor sound seamlessly. The auto frequency coordination feature creates reliable wireless connections for up to sixteen systems without the need for cables or complicated setups. There is also a support hub with video tutorials and manuals to help get you started.

The MMD 835 microphone module is a key part of the renowned Evolution 800 series. With a consistent cardioid pick-up pattern and powerful sound recording functionality, this microphone module is well-suited to a range of audio applications. By connecting to the included EW-D SKM-S handheld transmitter, you are supplied with an impressive microphone system for speakers, presenters, event hosts and more.
