The SmallRig 4338 Baseplate for the Sony A6700 has multiple features to improve your shooting experience. It not only improves grip and facilitates quick mounting on tripods or gimbals but also protects the base of your camera. It attaches to the A6700's tripod socket with a 1/4"-20 screw. The base plate has a raised edge and a rubber pad to prevent scratches and twisting.

High comfort and wide compatibility

The base plate also has a hinged arm at the battery door, which provides a better ergonomic grip and space for your little finger for more extra comfort. The Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom is not only compatible with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3 and RS 3 Pro gimbals, but also with the quick-release plates of the DJI RS 2 and RSC 2 gimbals and the SmallRig 3154 Arca -Type Quick Release Plate.

Connection for carrying strap or hand strap

In addition, the SmallRig 4338 Baseplate has a QD connection on the bottom, making it compatible with QD shoulder straps. Furthermore, the base plate has a hole for attaching a wrist strap, such as the SmallRig 3848 Hand Strap. To facilitate assembly and disassembly, a magnetic flat screwdriver is also included.
